Can I export results to Pronote?

📍 For schools in France. This article covers a system that only schools in France use.

✅ Yes. Ed.ai formats your scores for Pronote, the French school management system: you paste them for the whole class in one go, with no retyping.

Ed.ai can’t send scores to Pronote automatically yet. The export works the same way whether you sign in from Pronote, from your ENT or with EcoleDirecte.

Export scores

• In your assessment, open the “Actions” menu at the top right, then “Export assessment results”, and choose “Pronote”.

• Click “Copy to clipboard”.

• In Pronote, go to Notes > Saisie des notes > Liste (Grades > Grade entry > List), then click “Récupérer les notes depuis le presse-papier” (Retrieve grades from clipboard).

• Check the column mapping, then confirm.

You can also download the file in .tsv format.

Export competencies

In your assessment’s “Insights” tab, the competency analysis has its own “Export” button: choose “Pronote”, then “Copy to clipboard”.

In Pronote, go to Compétences > Évaluations > Liste des évaluations (Competencies > Assessments > Assessment list), select the assessment, click the clipboard icon at the top right of the table, then map the codes (A, B, C, D) to the Pronote proficiency levels.

The “Break down by exercise” option reports one proficiency level per exercise: in the Pronote assessment, add each competency once per exercise, in the order shown.

Other formats
