Can results be sent automatically to my ENT or to EcoleDirecte?

📍 For schools in France. This article covers a system that only schools in France use.

❌ No, results aren’t sent to these tools automatically. Ed.ai connects to your ENT (the French digital workspace, through the GAR), to EcoleDirecte and to Pronote for sign-in and class import, but not for scores. Dedicated exports save you from retyping them, though.

EcoleDirecte

• In your assessment, open the “Actions” menu at the top right, then “Export assessment results”, and choose “EcoleDirecte”.

• Click “Copy scores”.

• In EcoleDirecte, open the gradebook (carnet de notes) and select the assignment.

• Click the first grade cell, then Shift + click the last one, paste (Ctrl + V), check and save.

You can also download the file in .csv format. Competencies export the same way, from the “Export” button of the competency analysis, in the “Insights” tab.

Pronote

The same menu offers the “Pronote” export: see Puis-je exporter les résultats sur Pronote ?

Excel, for any other tool

The “Export assessment results” menu also offers “Excel (.xlsx)” and “Excel (.csv)”, so you can copy your results into your ENT or any other tracking tool.
