Which math standards does Ed.ai align to?
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Ed.ai links each question of your assessment to the math standards you choose, then tracks your students’ mastery of each standard.
Supported standards
When you add an assessment, the “Curriculum” field offers:
-
Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) - Grade 4-12
-
State-specific standard (TEKS, CA, ...) - Grade 6-12: your state’s own math standards, available for most states. Pick your state in the “State standard” field, for example Texas (TEKS), North Carolina (NCSCOS), California, Florida or New York.
-
Advanced Placement (AP)
-
Higher education
Then pick your “Course title” (with CCSSM, from Grade 4 to High School). If your state isn’t in the list, choose CCSSM.
How standards alignment works in practice
When Ed.ai analyzes your assessment, it links each question to the matching standards. Once papers are graded, the “Learning Analytics” section of the assessment’s “Insights” tab shows how your class did on each standard: “Below Expectations”, “Emerging”, “Satisfactory” or “Excellent”.
You can see at a glance which standards your class has mastered, which need reteaching, and which students need targeted practice on which standard. Click a standard, then “Generate a reteaching activity” for those students.
These results also work well for PLC meetings and intervention planning.
