Can Ed.ai detect cheating when it grades?

No, Ed.ai doesn't offer cheating or plagiarism detection today. It doesn't compare papers for similarities, and it doesn't assess how original a student's reasoning is.

Ed.ai doesn't offer an AI detector either: these tools produce too many false positives.

Ed.ai's goal is first and foremost to save you time on grading, analysis and reteaching.
