My password isn’t working. What should I do?

Don’t worry! The fix is probably below:

Check that you’re on the right sign-in page: sso.ed.ai/en/login
Check that you’re using the right way in. If you sign in through your school’s LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology…), your account has no Ed.ai password: open Ed.ai that way. If you created your account with Google, use “Continue with Google”. See Comment se connecter à Ed.ai ?
Make sure there’s no typo in your email address or password.
If you still can’t sign in, you can reset your password:
- On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then click “Continue”.
- Click “I forgot my password”.
- Enter the email address linked to your account, then click “Reset my password”.
- You’ll receive a link to create a new one.
