I can’t find my username or password. What should I do?

No worries!

👉 If you sign in through your school’s LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology…): Your Ed.ai account has no password of its own. On the sign-in page, choose your school’s LMS and sign in with your usual school credentials. If you’ve lost those credentials, ask the person who manages that tool at your school.

👉 If you created your account with Google: Use “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page: you don’t need an Ed.ai password. If you’ve lost your Google password, recover it through Google, or through your school if it’s a school Google account.

👉 If you sign in with an email address and a password:

• On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then click “Continue”

• Click “I forgot my password”

• Enter the email address linked to your account, then click “Reset my password”

• You’ll receive a link to reset your password

If you’re a student and you sign in with a username, with no email address, ask your teacher: they can reset your password.

⚠️ Signing in through your school’s LMS and signing in with a personal account (Google or email address) open two separate accounts. Always use the one that holds your classes and assessments. See Comment se connecter à Ed.ai ?
