If you run into a bug or something isn't working on Ed.ai, email us at 📩 contact@ed.ai. In the app, you can also click your initials at the bottom left of the screen, then “Report a bug”.

To help us handle your request quickly, please include:

• your name and your school,

• what you were doing when the bug happened,

• a screenshot,

• a precise description of the problem.

Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible.
