How do students access Ed.ai?

Students sign in to Ed.ai at sso.ed.ai/en/login, in one of these ways:

• with their school account, through your school's LMS: Google Classroom, Canvas, or Other LMS (Clever, ClassLink, Schoology or your district portal);

• or with an Ed.ai username and password: created by you if you have Ed.ai Pro (“Create student accounts” on the group page), or created by our team from the student list your school sends us.

⚠️ Each sign-in method opens a separate account, with its own classes and its own papers. A student who sometimes signs in through the LMS and sometimes with a password ends up with two accounts. Ask your students to always sign in the same way as you.

When do they show up in your groups?

• Through your school's LMS or SIS: your classes are imported with their students, who don't need to sign in to show up. A student newly added to your school's roster shows up after the next sync, which runs every night.

• With an Ed.ai username and password: students are added to the group where you created their accounts or shared your invite code, or to the groups we create from your school's list.

Missing students? First check that you signed in through your school's LMS, not with a personal account. If students are still missing, email us at contact@ed.ai with your school, the group and the name of a missing student.
