What happens to my content when the school year changes?

⚠️ How long student papers and results are kept is set out in our privacy policy. Want to keep scores or results? Export them from your group's page, with “Export”.

✅ Your assessments, though, stay with you from one school year to the next.

The content you created (documents, answer keys and grading scales) is archived automatically at the end of the year, but stays available in your account: in “My assessments”, click “Archived”. An archived assessment is read-only: you can view and export it, but you can no longer change it.

Classes imported from your school's LMS or SIS for the past year are archived too.
