Can I collaborate with other teachers on the same group?

✅ Yes, with a school license: you can invite colleagues from your school to co-teach one of your groups.

Invite a co-teacher

• In “My groups”, open the group's menu and choose “Add co-teachers”.

• Select one or more teachers from your school, then click “Send invitation”.

• Your colleague gets the invitation in Ed.ai and by email. Once they accept, they can see and grade your assessments for that group.

You can remove a co-teacher at any time from the group page, and your colleague can leave the group on their side with “Leave this group”.

Only the teacher who created an assessment can change its group or delete it.

Without a school license

On the free plan or Ed.ai Pro, groups stay personal: each teacher creates and manages their own groups, assessments and student tracking, without sharing them with colleagues.
